Oklahoma City, OK - State Senator Clark Jolley was recognized today by the Oklahoma Farm Bureau Board of Directors as a member of the 2014 OKFB 100 Percent Club. This award is based on a 100 percent voting record on key Farm Bureau legislative measures during the 2014 Oklahoma legislative session.

“Thank you, Oklahoma Farm Bureau. I am honored to have received this recognition and award from an important organization that supports rural Oklahoma and the family farmers who are so vital to our economy,” Jolley said. “I’ve been a strong supporter and advocate of the Bureau, agriculture and rural Oklahoma since I was first elected. "

"I was proud to work with them on drought relief, conservation efforts and infrastructure improvement to offset the terrible problems created by the prolonged drought.  Agriculture, and our farmers and ranchers, are so important to Oklahoma and our economy.  I've been proud to support them and stand up for them in the Senate.  Oklahoma's farmers and ranchers couldn’t have a stronger voice, more thoughtful leadership or better representation in the Capitol than the Farm Bureau,” he added.

Jolley joins other legislators in the Oklahoma House and Senate who were recognized for their work helping rural Oklahoma’s family farms and ranches.

“This honor is given to those legislators who support Farm Bureau’s mission to protect personal property rights, keep taxes low and boost agricultural and rural business,” said John Collison, OKFB vice president of public policy and media relations. “We greatly appreciate their leadership at the state Capitol this year.”

The Oklahoma Farm Bureau is an organization of farm and ranch families united for the purpose of analyzing their problems, and formulating action to achieve educational improvement, economic opportunity, and social advancement and thereby, to promote the national well-being. They also serve as a voice for agricultural producers at all levels.
